Descripción de la Plaza

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated senior online media planner/buyer for our Buenos Aires office.
Position offers great growth potential with great list of fortune 500 clients in a friendly, fast paced, creative yet casual environment.

Responsibilities
Work with the Account, Media and Strategy teams to develop strategic channel/media solutions
Develop a considered vehicle list (i.e., considered sites, publications, lists, etc.)
Utilize media research tools and resources to aid in campaign development
Develop plan/program recommendations

Media Buying
Develop, manage and evaluate RFPs
Finalize and present recommendations internally and to clients

Implementation and Maintenance
Knowledge of all aspects of online campaign implementation
Creative Spec data, trafficking, QA and campaign monitoring
I.O. development and organization
Budget tracking, invoice reconciliation/Bill-Pay process
Manage cross-departmental/agency issues regarding any aspect of campaign execution

Reporting
Provide data reporting at required time with required levels of detail and analysis
Develop and present reports highlighting the relevant data insights and learning gained and recommendations for future campaigns

Management
Develop, manage and train Assistant/JR Planners
Manage and delegate responsibilities appropriate to skill levels
Manage vendor relationships
Act as day-to-day contact
Aid in the management of general media department solicitations

Additional Responsibilities
Attend relevant corporate training sessions
Support positive working relationships within the agency and at the vendor level
Establish trust and credibility with clients and vendors
New business, POV and special research projects when required

Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements
2+ years in media-related/advertising experience, with at least 2 years of online media planning/buying
Ability to manage all aspects of an online program
Experienced with all online media tactics: CPA, CPM, and paid search
Have developed negotiation, tracking, and optimization skills
Experience and ability to interact with third party ad servers and rich media technologies
Experience with MediaBank
Experience with trafficking and serving and optimization through a DSP
Understanding of all syndicated and related online media research resources
Proven computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong proficiency in Managing campaign budgets
Time management/prioritization
Written and oral communication skills
