GlobalLogic is inviting a talented analyst to join its Sales Operations team in Buenos Aires. The role is global in nature, so fluent English is the #1 requirement. The purpose of the role is to facilitate business growth by managing and improving various sales operations processes. This role directly interacts with global sales, account management, and finance teams (based in US, UK, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).

Responsibilities

Salesforce.com CRM configuration and administration.
Salesforce.com CRM data hygiene: ongoing monitoring and cleanup.
Sales tools subscriptions management and usage analytics.
Sales portal administration (sales collateral library, sales processes documentation, etc.).
Accounts profitability analysis: create and maintain reports, drive actions from account management teams.
Sales performance analytics and commissions calculation.
Deal approval process compliance monitoring.
Sales pipeline analysis, win/loss analysis.

Qualifications

Required

Fluent spoken and written English.
Excellent communication and people skills to drive collaboration in a matrix organization.
Strong analytical skills, ability to collect, process, and organize massive loads of information effectively.
Expert user of Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (diagrams, design sensibility).
Self-discipline, attention to detail, desire/ability to learn quickly, initiative, ability to work with minimal supervision.

Desired

2+ years of experience in international business environment (outsourcing, consulting, MNCs).
Education or understanding of software engineering technology and terminology.
Education or understanding of sales and business development.
Experience in Salesforce.com CRM.
Experience in basic project management.
Understanding of basics of financial and business analysis.
