DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO
Position Specifics:

Manages assigned team to deliver contract commitments. Interacts with customer upper management to define revenue forecasts associated with Implementation and following phase of support.
Interacts with Customers at all levels to coordinate project/equipment delivery.
Reports all Support / SE contract financials and KPIs.
Monitor team’s performance to goal through appropriate metrics, provide appropriate guidance to field and plant teams to achieve goals.
Interacts with Vendors to subcontract services. Interacts with Supply Chain, HHRR, Logistic, Finance and Engineering management to coordinate project needs.
Assures his team defines and develops detailed project plans based on the given requirements and scopes.
Demonstrates best practices for developing schedules and understands the critical path.
Monitor project execution to ensure all obligations are met and drive projects to completion.
Collaborate with global stakeholders (internal and external) to resolve conflicts and drive successful delivery of projects.
Manages expectations of project sponsor and stakeholder with timely communication/escalation of risks/issues, their impact, and mitigation/corrective actions.
Recommends corrective actions and implements changes. Identifies and mitigates project risks.
Owns resolution to any dependency or issue not being delivered by appropriate party.
Ensure all project documentations are completed by the team and keep in the appropriate storage. Identifies
Team resources training needs and plans on it.
Executes Contracts aligned with Customer operations policies and procedures.
Responsible for contract renewal.




REQUISITOS
Background:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or similar is preferred.
Minimum 10 years Project Management experience, preferably with experience in Service Implementation, Telecommunications, Radio Communications, or Defense preferred.
IT and Telecommunications technical background.
Certified in PMI PMP and ITIL will be an advantage.
Ability to communicate in English language is an advantage.
Soft skills desirable:

Able to work under pressure.
Negotiation Skills.
Process Oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communications.
Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to collaborate with internal and external business/technical teams.
Ability to solve problems under high pressure. Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Ability to think strategically.
Highly organized, structured, and process oriented; team building skills is a plus.
