Overall Position:
1. Direct report to Project Director. Maximum technical authority , technically responsible for Project Implementation Success from an engineering aspect. Technical responsible for assurance of clean field implementation and support of the overall ecosystem solution. Responsible for coordinating all technical resources, support PM and interface with customer technical management and vendors to assure smooth system integration . 3, 4 , 5 and 6 are direct reports.Takes responsibility for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution.Participates in mid- to long-term telecommunication systems planning and support.
2. Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in related discipline or similar degree and 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.5 years of technical telecommunications experience.Strong interpersonal and communications skills.Ability to analyze complex systems, solve problems, and multi-task.Ability to work under pressure.Knowledge and experience with IT infrastructure, Networking, databases, data, voice, LAN, WAN, Telco, CAD , AVL, Dispatch, Radio, Cellular ,Cameras, Broadband PTT, concepts, practices and procedures are an advantage. Extensive knowledge and experience working with IT infrastructure, TDM, IP, MPLS, data, voice and leased telco. Hands-on experience with telecommunications networking design and equipment configuration to include but not limited to: routers, switches, DACS, channel banks and microwave radios. ITIL Certification is an advantage.

Location: Santa Fé and Rosario, Argentina
Note: Contract longer than 6 months
