Personal Assistant (home-based)Our US Based Law Firm is looking for Business Development and Marketing Specialist working remotely. Our company is dynamic and growth oriented. We need a person who will thrive in that environment and strive to become a trusted and valued member of our team. This individual will implement marketing and business development strategies to meet division goals and manage related business development initiatives.
Job description:
• You work from your home office (wherever that may be);
• You work for yourself, you will invoice us monthly and be paid as an independnet contractor via direct deposit to your bank account;
• We offer competitive remuneration commensurate with your skills and prevailing wages in Bulgaria;
• You need to provide a decent computer and an uninterrupted high-speed internet connection;
• Working hours are flexible (depending on your shift), but you should be prepared to work as late as midnight;
Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for the marketing and business development activities of the firm;
• Preparation and keeping up-to-date of the firm’s marketing;
• Maintaining and updating the internal knowledge management system;
• Posting content, engaging with users, and managing the firm’s brand, all while being mindful of the ethical rules associated with the practice of law;
• In order for any social media channel, website, or other digital asset to perform well, you must be engaged in content marketing. You should implement a strategy that includes online press releases, blog posts, and more;
• Excellent written communicator;
• Maintaining calendars and organizing the marketing and business development activities: participation in conferences, appointments, meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements and other engagements;
• Managing the information flow, correspondence, e-mails and calls in relation to marketing and business development activities;
• Interacting with customers, partners and staff;
• Translation and preparation of documents as needed;
The successful candidate should have:
• Fluency and excellent communication skills in English are a MUST. Please do not apply if you are NOT fluent in English. Please be realistic when you assess your English skills. It will help us avoid wasting your time and our time. We can teach you many things but we cannot teach you English;
• Fluency in a 2nd language such as Russian or Spanish is a PLUS;
• Prior study abroad or live / work experience in an English-speaking country is a PLUS;
• Experience with legal terminology in English, previous experience in international environment and knowledge of the legal industry would be considered an advantage;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Self-discipline and initiative to explore and develop new projects;
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and to follow up on issues in a timely manner;
• Ability to work in a team;
