Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Cybersecurity Manager to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. As a Cybersecurity Manager, you will lead our cybersecurity team to protect our clients' information systems and networks from cyber threats. You will oversee security operations, develop and implement security strategies, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and policies.

Oversee daily security operations and manage the cybersecurity team.

Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats.

Lead incident response efforts and coordinate with relevant teams to mitigate security breaches.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Monitor security alerts and provide guidance on threat mitigation.

Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure system designs.

Provide regular reports on security status, incidents, and improvements to senior management.

Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Strong understanding of security principles, protocols, and technologies.

Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls).

Knowledge of network protocols and security architecture.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly preferred.
