We (Torre) are helping Hook + Ladder Digital Agency find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Email Marketing Specialist.Compensation:
CAD1.75K - 2K/month.
Location:
Remote (for Argentina, Bolivia, Venezuela, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Panama, Honduras, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Belize, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Mexico, The Bahamas residents).

What makes you a strong candidate:
● You have 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
● You have 2+ years of experience in email marketing.
● You are proficient in A/B testing and copywriting.
● English - Native or fully fluent.

We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to enrich our dynamic team. Your background could be diverse – from digital marketing agencies to in-house departments or specialized email marketing roles. What matters is your enthusiasm for collaborative, business-focused work in a vibrant setting and your readiness to grow and be challenged.
As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be the 'architect' of our clients' email marketing strategies. Collaborating with a team of specialists, you'll craft and implement email marketing programs tailored to each client's unique needs and industry specifics.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing bespoke email marketing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest marketing trends to provide innovative solutions.
• Communicating complex ideas effectively to clients and internal teams.
• Preparing detailed briefs for art and copywriting teams, ensuring cohesive campaign designs.
• Managing end-to-end email and SMS marketing campaigns, including planning, segmentation, content creation, and scheduling.
• Creating compelling, personalized email content.
• Conducting A/B tests to optimize email performance.
• Designing unique customer journeys through tailored email automation.
• Analyzing campaign metrics to derive insights and refine strategies.
• Ensuring technical compliance with email standards and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives, understand their needs, and proactively address their concerns to ensure they are receiving a superior return on investment with H+L's service.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on B2B and or B2C email marketing.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, Pardot/Salesforce, Mailchimp, SendInBlue).
• Copywriting skills and a history of creating engaging B2B and B2C email content.
• An analytical mindset, experienced in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and collaborative skills.
• Proficient in crafting visually appealing and engaging email designs that align with brand identity and captivate the target audience.
• Ability to manage email lists, segmentation, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
Nice to have:
• Experience in a marketing agency.
• Knowledge of project management tools like Monday.com.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Eagerness to stay ahead in digital marketing technology.
• Multilingual abilities.
