Job Title: Level 3 Help Desk EngineerLocation: Remote — worldwide; Latin America sourcing focus.
Salary Range: Up to USD 3,000 per month, depending on experience.
Work Schedule: US business hours; exact schedule confirmed during selection.

About the Role:
Provide advanced technical support using deep MSP experience and strong Microsoft administration skills. Troubleshoot and manage Microsoft 365, Intune, security policies and Group Policy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle advanced technical support and troubleshooting in an MSP environment.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Intune and security policies.
• Troubleshoot and deploy Group Policy.
Qualifications:
• At least five years of experience in an MSP environment.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 administration, Intune and security policy experience.
• Group Policy troubleshooting and deployment experience.
• Strong spoken English; an English introductory video is required during selection.
