Job Description:
We are a U.S.-based professional services firm seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing & Personal Assistant to provide ongoing support across marketing initiatives, social media management, and executive-level administrative responsibilities. This role is fully remote and intended to be long-term, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as responsibilities and trust expand.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong English communication skills (B2 or higher), excellent judgment, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. This position supports senior leadership directly and requires discretion, reliability, and a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
The role combines marketing support and personal/executive assistance duties, including managing and publishing content across the firm’s website and social media platforms, composing marketing materials such as posts, announcements, and basic promotional content, maintaining marketing and contact databases, and coordinating with freelancers or designers when needed.

On the administrative side, responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, scheduling across multiple time zones, tracking deadlines and commitments, assisting with travel planning and logistics, managing recurring administrative tasks, conducting online research, and providing general organizational support to ensure smooth daily operations.

As the role evolves, additional responsibilities may include assisting with onboarding processes, internal coordination, license tracking, content planning, and operational support initiatives.

Requirements:
Candidates must demonstrate advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher), both written and spoken, and have prior experience managing business social media accounts. Previous experience as a marketing assistant, executive assistant, or personal assistant is strongly preferred.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools, with strong attention to detail and a clear understanding of U.S. professional culture, particularly California-based work environments.
