Position Overview
Coordinate schedules, dispatch updates and work orders so field teams and customers know what happens next.
You do not need to cover every specialty. Tell us which responsibilities you have owned and where you are strongest.
Key Responsibilities
• Schedule and update service appointments or dispatch assignments.
• Track work orders and communicate changes to field teams and customers.
• Record job details accurately and follow up on missing information.
• Escalate scheduling conflicts, service delays and unresolved requests.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
• Practical experience with dispatch, scheduling, work-order and customer communication systems.
• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support. These are preferences, not requirements for every opportunity.
