Position Overview
Build and maintain email campaigns and lifecycle journeys with clear segmentation, careful quality checks and useful reporting.
You do not need to cover every specialty. Tell us which responsibilities you have owned and where you are strongest.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain campaign or lifecycle email content and configurations.
• Set up audience segments and relevant workflow rules.
• Check links, rendering, targeting and timing before launch.
• Review campaign results and document improvements.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
• Practical experience with email marketing, CRM, lifecycle automation and email QA tools.
• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support. These are preferences, not requirements for every opportunity.
