About Us:
IV Concierge is a premium mobile wellness company based in Delray Beach, Florida, specializing in IV therapy, vitamin injections, and personalized wellness treatments delivered directly to our clients.
We provide services designed to support hydration, energy, immunity, recovery, beauty, and overall wellness, all administered by licensed medical professionals in the comfort of our clients’ homes, hotels, or offices.
Our focus is on delivering a seamless, high-quality, and personalized experience, from the first inquiry through post-treatment follow-up.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a full-time Wellness Advisor who will play a key role in client communication, service coordination, and outreach.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping guide them through our services, recommending appropriate treatments, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience. You will also support business growth through client outreach and proactive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, text, and email
Assist clients with booking, rescheduling, and managing appointments
Guide clients in selecting appropriate IV therapy treatments and wellness services based on their needs
Clearly explain services, pricing, and what clients can expect during their appointment
Conduct outbound outreach, including follow-ups, re-engagement of past clients, and lead nurturing
Perform cold calls and proactive client outreach to generate bookings and build client relationships
Coordinate schedules with nurses and the onsite team to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the EMR system
Support client retention through consistent communication and service recommendations
Assist with administrative tasks related to bookings, scheduling, and client management
Ensure every interaction reflects professionalism, responsiveness, and high-quality service

Qualifications:
Experience in customer service, healthcare coordination, sales, or a similar role preferred
Comfortable with outbound calling, client outreach, and sales-oriented tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Comfortable using EMR systems, CRM tools, and scheduling platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Must be able to work on shifting schedules, including evenings and weekends, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST)
Open to working in an onsite or hybrid setup in Buenos Aires, Argentina, if required
Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
