• Maintaining calendars and organizing the marketing and business development activities: participation in conferences, appointments, meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements and other engagements;
• Managing the information flow, correspondence, e-mails and calls in relation to marketing and business development activities;
• Interacting with customers, partners and staff;
• Translation and preparation of documents as needed;
• Working on special projects as needed: this may include car and office maintenance, team buildings, etc.
The successful candidate should have:
• Fluency and excellent communication skills in English are a MUST. Please do not apply if you are NOT fluent in English. Please be realistic when you assess your English skills. It will help us avoid wasting your time and our time. We can teach you many things but we cannot teach you English;
• Prior study abroad or live / work experience in an English-speaking country is a PLUS;
• Experience with legal terminology in English, previous experience in international environment and knowledge of the legal industry would be considered an advantage;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Self-discipline and initiative to explore and develop new projects;
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and to follow up on issues in a timely manner;
• Ability to work in a team;
